In App Create Billing Documents (App ID F0798), select Billing Due List Items, create Billing Documents.

Workaround:

1. In App Manage External Tax Postings, Move out Send Record ID with Error. Activate Entire Queue.
2. In app Manage External Tax Posting enter Unique Key in field Unique Key for which error is shown and click on Go.
   If there is duplicate Unique Key referencing different Send Record ID's, create incident in component XX-PART-TIF
3. Otherwise In Cloud Integration Environment CPI go to Data Store, select TID
4. In Filter ID, enter the Unique Key of Send Record ID from app Manage External Tax Postings for which error is raised.
   Delete TID.
5. In App Manage External Tax Postings, select Move out Send Record ID with Error, the Tax Information screen is shown.
   Select Resend.
6. In Cloud Integration Environment CPI, go to Data Store.
   Select TID In Filter ID,  Enter the Unique Key of the Send Record ID from Manage External Tax Postings TID should now be shown.
7.  In app Manage External Tax Postings, in tab Process History, Sent Record ID should have Process status resent.
    Send Record ID should be in Successfully Sent tab also.
