3475244 - "The members can't be loaded due to a technical error." When trying to add page filters in SAP Analytics Cloud

When trying to add page filters in stories based on Live Data Connection to BW, the window for setting the filters shows the message below after about 5 minutes:

• The members can't be loaded due to a technical error. Please contact your administrator.

SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2024.2.21

1. Logon to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Open the story based on a Live Data Connection to BW
3. Add a new page filter by selecting by choosing the Filter by member option
4. After about 5 minutes, the page to set filters for the dimension will show the following message: The members can't be loaded due to a technical error.
