• The SAP Forms Service by Adobe or the SAP Forms Service by Adobe via REST API was configured in the Cloud Foundry Environment
• In case of the SAP Forms Service by Adobe, the ADS RFC shows error 403 Forbidden and the report FP_PDF_TEST_00 results in error:
  SYSTEM ERROR: SOAP Framework error: SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport : HTTP send returned with status code (100.101).
• In case of the SAP Forms Service by Adobe via REST API, the API calls fail with error:
  www-authenticate    Bearer error="insufficient_scope", error_description="The request requires higher privileges than provided by the access token."
