3475315 - ESI - 'Alternative URL' and 'Reverse Proxy' options missing in Binding WSDL Generation after upgrade.

Symptom

After a system upgrade, the 'Alternative URL' and 'Reverse Proxy' options under 'Options for WSDL Access and URLs' are missing. Previously, it was possible to set the Alternative Host, protocol and port as shown below:
