3475322 - User cannot be Searched on Proxy Now even with RBP for Proxy Management

• User under the Target Group of a Proxy Management permissions cannot be searched on Proxy Now by a user with correct RBP permissions
• When searching for this user, "There were no results" shows instead
• Another admin user with the same permission can search for this user

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

1. Login as affected admin user with Proxy Management RBP for an account holder under their Target Population. 
2. Click the Profile button and select Proxy Now.
3. Try to proxy the affected account holder. 
4. "There were no results" shows. 
5. Login as another admin user with the same permissions.
6. Click the Profile button and select Proxy Now. Input the same account holder and it can be searched and proxied. 

This can be caused by a Proxy Assignment in the Proxy Management page that has already expired/invalid. 

To resolve such issue: 

1. Go to Proxy Management. 
2. Look for the affected Proxy or Account Holder. 
3. You can see that there is a Proxy Assignment to the affected proxy with the account holder with a past End Date. 
4. Select that proxy assignment. After, click the Delete button to delete it.
5. User with proxy permissions should be able to search and proxy the affected account holder.
