3475349 - Error "Both old and new column are not paged" happens when creating index

Symptom

During S/4 system upgrade or any other approach and when creating index is executed as following:
CREATE INDEX "ACDOCA~SRC" ON "SAPHANADB"."ACDOCA" ("SRC_AWREF") ONLINE

Error returned as following
2PETP000 not paged oldColID: 241: isOldColPaged: false newColID: 719 isNewColPaged: true for table
2PETP000 : DD1::SAPHANADB:_SYS_SPLIT_ACDOCA~3en; $condition$=isOldColPaged == isNewColPaged; $index
2PETP000 name$=ACDOCA~SRC"

ACDOCA table is just a sample and it is also possible to happen on other tables.
