3475367 - Sales Organization and Distribution Channel in the Document do not Match

Customer Returns is showing an error stating that there is a mismatch between the Sales Unit and Sales Organization within the product data.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Returns view.
3. Search for ID ABC (ABC represent the ID of the Return).
4. Click Edit.
   Error: Item 10: The sales organization and distribution channel in the document do not match with the product master sales data. Check your entries in the document or the product master.

During the document creation phase, some change was performed in the product data, which was not automatically fetched to the sales document.

1. Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Returns view.
3. Search for ID ABC (ABC represent the ID of the Return).
4. Click Edit.
5. On the General tab, under the Organizational Assignment section.
6. Remove the Sales Unit and the Distribution Channel.
7. Hit Enter.
8. The system will automatically populate the Sales Unit.
9. Add the Distribution Channel again.

The error will be removed and you can now proceed.
