Error when user access performance tab:
Unable to find L and R record for user xxxxxx with recType 3.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Go to performance tab, the error displays:
Unable to find L and R record for user xxxxxx with recType 3.

The user doesn't have an active manager.

Change user's manager to an active user.
