Workflow error when selecting pending workflow from manage workflow request or from job information pending workflow (Cross country transfer).

Option 1:

1. Go to Manage Workflow Request.
2. Search for pending workflow.
3. Select a Pending Workflow (Eg: Request type Cross country transfer).
4. Redirect to workflow details page and below Error occurs.
5. Error: "Please click this link to automatically search for any Knowledge Base Articles related to this error, or refresh the page and try the action again. Show error.

Option 2:

1. Go to above same user Profile.
2. Select job information.
3. Click on pending approval in job information.
4. Below error occurs.
5. Error: "Please click this link to automatically search for any Knowledge Base Articles related to this error, or refresh the page and try the action again. Show error.
