SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3475632 - HTML file is downloaded automatically when accessing application from portal

Symptom

After system upgrade, when you access application which contains one or more HTML files existing in Portal Knowledge Management, html file is downloaded automatically, instead of displaying in portal.

Reproduce issue and collect console log as per KBA 2764266, and find following error:

The file at 'http://<hostname>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/<iView path>' was loaded over an insecure connection. This file should be served over HTTPS.
