Reproducing the Issue
Open a browser on your mobile device and maintain the emulator link https://myXXXXX.sapbydesign.com/sap/public/ap/ui/repository/SAP_UI/HTMLOBERON5/mobileClient.html#
Cause
The emulator is not supported and should not be used other than by SAP Support for testing.
Resolution
To open the System on a mobile device like IPhone, IPad, Android etc. in a browser, use the standard URL only: https://myXXXXX.sapbydesign.com.
Otherwise it is recommended to use the Mobile App.
