Cause
The time-profile-code was not mapped in Recruit to Hire Data mapping. System will then pick the time profile from the existing employment. Company/Legal Entity from previous employment is in a different Country then the currently one.
Resolution
If the currently Company/Legal Entity is, for example, in a different country, the time-profile-code must be mapped and passed from Recruiting system.
