3475970 - Error message TPM_TRPR106 while posting flows

In payment details of the transaction, it has been set to post With Payment request for the currency. Additional Charge flows are entered in Other flows tab. When you post both main flow and charge flow via Tcode TBB1, error Message TPM_TRPR106 is issued for the Charge flow. Long Text as below:

Important data is missing from posting to accounting

Diagnosis
To generate a payment request, important data from the relevant posting must be made known to accounting. This data includes the Fiscal Year, the Fiscal Period, the Document Date or the Line Item Number. At least one piece of important information is missing.
