3476064 - Switching SAPUI5 Domain for SAP Cloud Portal Service on Neo environment

• Using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome to access Neo Launchpad/FreeStyle site and the browser is configured to use Strict Tracking Prevention.
• Due to this configuration the SAPUI5 loaded from https://sapui5.hana.ondemand.com/ is getting blocked.
• All URLs to ".hana.ondemand.com" have been listed in the Strict Tracking Prevention of Microsoft Edge – because there are some services tracking data behind this domain which finally lead to this. SAPUI5 have an alternative URL which is not listed for SAPUI5 with "ui5.sap.com". This would be a solution for this issue if move to this New SAPUI5 URL domain.
