3476093 - Objective Portlet block link issue in performance form

Objective Portlet (Performance or Development) block link from employee Talent Profile is added to the performance form template. Upon clicking on the link, when trying to create new goals, fields are not editable, no text can be added.

1. Launch a performance form with an Objective Portlet (Performance or Development) link in a custom section. Click on the link:

2. Click on the + icon 

3. Notice the goal detail text areas are not editable, no text can be added 

This is a known issue. 

This issue is tentatively planned to be fixed with the 2H2024 Release.

Workaround:

Update the goals via People Profile, in the Goal Plan page, or by using a Goal Section in the performance Form
