3476121 - Removed manager still appears on route map - Performance management

Route map on form and in the tool "route form" does not retrieve the latest user role information under some circumstances.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Launch a form where manager (EM) is involved in the route map, for example, E - EM - E etc.

2. Remove EM for the subject.

3. Open the form, notice that the EM step is not visible on the route map. This is expected.

4. But when checking the form via "route form", notice that EM step is visible. This is not expected behavior.

5. Then directly route the form to the step after EM step, or to completion via "route form". Open the form and notice that EM step is visible again on the route map. This is not expected behavior.

Apart from EM, this also applies to role EH/EX/EA.  

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).
