Symptom
Cannot find user when using "Forward to Colleague" - Partly matching results are displayed on top of the exact matching results.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting -> Candidates.
- Search and open a candidate profile.
- Click on Forward to Colleague button.
- Type the employee's in the "Forward to:" search box.
- The user is not found.
Resolution
On the legacy pages, the "Forward to:" search box is implemented using the autocomplete feature where all possible matches based on search text provided will be listed maximum to 30.
Exact match by using the platform search "PersonSimpleSearch" will be implemented in respective UXR updates. There is no schedule available yet. Please see SAP SuccessFactors Product Release & Road Map Information for upcoming updates.
Additionally, the "Forward to Colleague" feature on the Latest Applicant Workbench already has this functionality.
