3476248 - HU_VAT_DCL: hyphens in the tax number - ÁNYK tool error

Symptom

The following error message appears in the ÁNYK tool while uploading the XML file generated by the HU_VAT_DCL DRC report:

"Hiba történt a nyomtatvány betöltésekor!"
"Súlyos hiba az XML formai ellenőrzése során: cvc-pattern-valid: Value 'XXXXXXXX-X-XX'' is not facet-valid with respect to pattern'({0-9}\{11\}-({0-9}\{8\})?' for type 'adoszamtipus'."
