• CSS applied on chart changes in PDF/PPT Story export in SAP Analytics Cloud.
• After exporting the story to PDF, the chart legend color change.

SAP Analytics Cloud Enterprise

1. Login to SAC.
2. Create story.
3. Apply CSS to the story.
4. Export story to PDF.
5. Notice that the chart legend color changes in the PDF export (CSS not applied).

Product limitation related to the exporting of widgets with customized CSS.

• Widgets might not keep all CSS styling settings when exported to PDF, for example, text decoration and opacity.
  • Reference: Export a Story as a PDF or a PPTX (Optimized Story Experience)

• As a workaround to resolve the issue, we recommend adjusting the settings in the styling panel as follows:

  1. Open the chart styling panel.

  2. Select chart legends.

  3. Change the font color to '#FFFFFF' and font weight to 'bold'.
