Symptom

Receiving blank email notification after completing a new hire

A document generation template is maintained in the CC section of the New Hire Workflow 

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Add New Employee
  2. Fill in the details
  3. Submit
  4. All document template placeholders are blank in the email notifications received. 

Cause

This issue has been caused due to 1H 2024 Release.

Resolution

Engineering Team are investigating the issue. This KBA will be updated once we have more details.

This issue also occurs on adding Contingent Workers 

Workaround For Add Contingent Worker Scenario:
Disable "Enable Centralized Services to Add Contingent Worker and Add Assignment” from Company System and Logo Settings. Please don't forget to re-enable the Centralized Services switches after the issue is fixed so that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of Centralized Services.
