After configuring Enable the Approver of a Reward and Recognition Award to Change the Award Amount, there is no "Delegate" button for our managers to delegate the spot bonus workflow to someone else
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Reward and Recognition
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Proxy as employee who will approve spot award workflow
- Go to Pending Workflows
- Select a Spot Award workflow
- No Delegate button
Cause
This is a known issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).

Workaround
The fix to temporarily deactivate the feature is planned to be deployed with the patch b2405p[7]. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base.
