3476415 - Agent Lifecycle Management: Multiple errors when attempting to create a new Contract Hierarchy

Symptom

When attempting to create a new Contract Hierarchy within SAP SuccessFactors Agent Lifecycle Management, you may encounter the following error:

  1. "An unexpected problem occurred while processing your request. See the application log for details".

Upon reviewing the Application Logs (by navigating to the Application Log Search), the following Exception was encountered:

    2. "Runtime exception occurred during query function evaluation: com.acteksoft.common.util.sql.ActekSqlException: ORA-20001: An error was encountered - -1436 -ERROR- ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data".
