3476564 - Subprocess in a worklfow cannot be configured because of missing access rights

We want to adjust the subprocess in our workflow, but we get the following error:

"The following error prevented loading the inputs and outputs configuration: Workflow '66598a5dc91421119d26fd92' doesn't exist, you don't have permission."

In this case, we are not able to map the variables.

You can see this error only if the subprocess has been deleted. If you don't have any permissions to the subprocess, you can still access the inputs from the main process, and are able to map the outputs.

If you are sure, at least one case of the subprocess is still open, you can create a ticket for the Signavio support team, and we will try to restore the subprocess. When there are no open cases, the process has been removed from the database.
