Symptom

The user generated the Kazakhstan VAT Return (Report Category KZ_VAT_DCL) in Fiori app Run Compliance Reports, but the document has status 'Generated with Errors'. When the 'View Document Log' is opened on the level of Actions, the error message 'Length of Value is not equal to the required length 12' is displayed without additional details.
