3476672 - Error upon loading the candidates for a job requisition in the latest workbench

Recruiting user are getting error upon selecting a candidate in job req using latest workbench.

errorMessage=Service /rest/recruiting/application/search/v1/Requisitions/.../Applications gave 503, response cannot be read as JSON

• step 1 Go to job req 
• Step 2 Try to access the redesign application workbench
• Step 3 errorMessage=Service /rest/recruiting/application/search/v1/Requisitions/../Applications gave 503, response cannot be read as JSON
