3476699 - S/4HANA Services Are Not Available to Extend KUT Field After Scoping S/4HANA Integration with C4C

Symptom

You have been integrating C4C with ERP and currently you are setting up the C4C to integrate Business Partners with the S/4HANA system. After defining the scope of S/4HANA integration, you are unable to locate the Service to replicate KUT fields from or to S/4HANA while editing the Account's KUT field.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customer work center.
  2. Go to the Accounts work center view.
  3. Open the account ID 123 (where 123 means a generic ID for accounts).
  4. Start the Adaptation Mode.
  5. Select the KUT field and click on Edit.
  6. Go to the Service tab.
  7. The "Business Partner Replication to SAP Business Suite" service is not available.

Resolution

For S/4HANA Integration, the service interface is going to be:

  • BusinessPartnerReplicationIn for Inbound messages;
  • BusinessPartnerReplicationSelfInitiatedOut for Outbound messages.
