3476748 - Email responses from candidates are not visible in Message Center and are not received by the recruiting User

Symptom

When a candidate sends a response to a recruiting user's email the response email does not appear in Message Center and the email is not received by the recruiter.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting
  2. Select a Job Requisition 
  3. Go to an application and select send email (or send email from candidate profile)
  4. Complete email steps completing with I'm done
  5. Respond to email
  6. Email is not received by recruiter
  7. Email response does not appear in Message Center

Resolution

At the moment there is no workaround via the system for this issue.

Issue is currently being investigated by Engineering.

Please note that candidate receives the signed offer letter from DocuSign by email, and signed offer letters are also available from recruiters side.
