3476774 - Error: Object MPRO <MultiProvider Name> was already transferred before

The following error message is displayed in B4H In-place conversion:

>>> Object MPRO <MultiProvider Name> was already transferred before; First reset old transfer (Message No. RS_B4HPREP 48)

• Symptom 1: Two entries can be found in table TADIR where HCPR and MPRO have the same name: <MultiProvider Name>. And there is a 'A' version for the HCPR in table RSOHCPR.
• Symptom 2: Two entries can be found in table TADIR where HCPR and MPRO have the same name: <MultiProvider Name>. But there is no corresponding entry in table RSOHCPR.
