3476801 - Why non-print relevant fields are triggering outputs for PO when saving it with the Dispatch time as 'Send when saving'?

When changing any non-print relevant fields in the PO and, after saving, changing the dispatch time from the one that is currently selected to Send when saving and saving again, the output is triggered regardless of whether the field is or is not print relevant.
