3476839 - Complete Execution Button Reversal

A user accidently clicked on the Complete Execution button in an item of a Sales / Service Order and you would like to reverse.

In this example we will use a Service Order.

1. Go to the Service Orders work center.
2. Select the Service Order Processing view.
3. Search for ID ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Service Order).
4. Click Edit.
5. Navigate to the Service and Spare Parts tab.
6. Select a line item.
7. Click Complete Execution.

Once the user clicks on the Complete Execution button under the Items tab, there a two possible outcomes: 

1. Click Close button.
2. A Confirmation Dialog will open.
3. Select No.

This will close the document without saving the change performed.

Or

1. Save the document and the line item is completed. 

Once the button is clicked and saved, no reversal can be performed as this is a confirmation that the Delivery was finished.

This is the system expected behavior.
