Symptom

This article aims to provide the list of dates that will be updated when the Start Date and Manager is changed before Manage Pending Hires

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

The following fields will be updated.

  1. Target date in the process/start date on dashboard
  2. Tasks due dates

And the changes will not be reflected for the below date fields.

  1. Original Hire Date which is originalStartDate,
  2. Position Entry Date positionEntryDate
  3. Job Entry Date jobEntryDate
