3476894 - Intrastat Declaration Contains Positive Value for Both Goods Receipts and Cancellation Receipt Documents With Positive Value

You have created an intrastat declaration which contains both goods receipts and cancellation receipt document with positive value. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Intrastat work center
2. Go to Intrastat Declarations view
3. Select the relevant Intrastat declaration
4. Select Items
5. You can see Goods Movement ID and Cancelation Document 

This is expected behavior as per documentation.

During the execution of the run, the system considers data from one or more of the following business transaction documents for the reference month when they have the status Released, Posted (for supplier invoices only), or Canceled:

• Inbound delivery
• Outbound delivery
• Goods and services receipt
• Customer invoice
• Supplier invoice
• Service Confirmation
