Environment
SAP Datasphere
Resolution
- Logon to the SAP Datasphere tenant
- Go to System -> Configuration
- Go to Database Access -> Database Analysis Users
- Create a user as per the steps in DB Analysis User
- Select the user and click on Open Database Explorer
- In the SAP HANA Database Explorer, expand to Database Diagnostic Files and select the Indexserver (or any required trace)
- Note: the timestamp in the traces is always in UTC time. If it is needed to locate a date/time in the past, it will be necessary to convert the time the issue occured from the local time to UTC time and then locate that time period in the Indexserver trace.
