3476956 - Do we need to change Base Object under Manage Business Configuration after rule migration?

Do we need to change Base Object under Manage Business Configuration after basic rules to application specific scenario transformation?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1.Customer changed one rule from basic scenario to application specific scenario, for example Trigger onSave Rules for HRIS Elements.

2.Previous Base Object is Job Information, when we change to application-specific scenario, Base Object is changed to Job Info Model.

3.However under Manage Business Configuration, rule Base Object is still Job Information and we are not able to search out this rule under Job Information Base Object.

Currently this is the expected behavior.

The rule migration changes the base object of the rules to model objects, but it will not make the corresponding adjustments in the Manage Business Configuration. 

Please manually correct it in Manage Business Configuration by choosing correct model base object and resave the rule after rule migration.

Otherwise this may cause inconsistency for the rule configuration, and the data model import.
