3476975 - The gap column in summary section does not display negative numbers - Performance Management

The negative numbers in the gap column of the summary section are not displayed when viewing the print preview page or accessing the form from the performance tile document link.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. 'Enable user experience enhancements to Performance Management forms' option is checked in the Performance Management Feature Settings.
2. Open performance form via performance Inbox
3. Go to summary section, both positive and negative numbers are displayed in the gap column.

4.Click Print/Save as PDF, the negative numbers are invisible.

5. Access the form in the performance tile by clicking on the document link in the drilldown.
6. Go to summary section, the negative numbers are invisible.

This is a Known Issue.
This issue occurs when the 'user experience enhancements to Performance Management forms' option is enabled in the Performance Management Feature Settings.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).

Disable 'user experience enhancements to Performance Management forms' under Performance Management Feature Settings.
