How to determine whether an SAP Analytics Cloud tenant is running on SAP HANA Cloud?

SAP Analytics Cloud, Enterprise Edition.

There are some feature differences for SAP Analytics Cloud tenants based on SAP HANA Cloud:

• File system (*.tgz) is not available for SAP Analytics Cloud tenants based on HANA Cloud in all data centers (See SAC Help)
• The maximum story size is 100 MB on SAP Analytics Cloud systems hosted on SAP HANA Cloud (See KBA 3474140)
• The Seamless planning feature is only available on SAP Hana Cloud tenants (see KBA 3515100)
• Live Data Connections to Google BigQuery is only available on SAP Hana Cloud tenants (see KBA 3567602)

1. Log on to SAP Analytics Cloud tenant and navigate to About.
2. Check the last field: if it shows HANA Cloud Version, this means that the SAC tenant is running on SAP HANA Cloud.
