3477080 - Supported Theme in C4C

Symptom

There is no Horizon theme in C4C.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to User Menu
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Go to Branding
  4. There is no Horizon Theme

Cause

We do not support Horizon Theme in C4C.

Resolution

For Sales/Service Cloud Version 1, we only support the theme of SAP Belize, SAP Belize Deep, SAP Quartz Light, Saphira and Custom Theme.
