SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
Users are not able to download courses for offline from the Mobile Application. When clicking Download, the users receive the error:
“Error Downloading Content. Please try again later”
OR
"Error transferring content. Try again later"

Reproducing the Issue
- Open Mobile app>
- Select any learning item that fits the criteria for offline download > Select three dots at top>
- Download content>
- A pop-up with error message says "Error transferring content. Try again later" OR “Error Downloading Content. Please try again later”
Resolution
