3477199 - [Onboarding] After the completion of custom task via "Your Onboarding Checklist", the page does not load.

When the external user completes a custom task and tries to review the completed task, the page does not load successfully. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The external user does not have the visibility set correctly to view the completed custom task
• Since the visibility is not available, the issue persists

To set the external user visibility, please add a rule under initialize rules for each custom task object:

• Go to Admin Center > Configure Object Definition
• Create new custom object definition or select any existing custom task object definition
  Note down the name of object definition and Navigate to Configure Business Rules page (Go to Admin Center >  Configure Business Rules)
• Click on Create new rule icon(+)
• Select the "Rules for MDF Based Objects" option under "Metadata Framework" section
• Enter the below Fields and Click on Continue button:
  Rule Name: provide any name
  Start Date: provide current date or any past date
  Base Object: select the object which has been noted down in step 2
  Purpose: Evaluate
• Set "Always True" for if condition and in then block Set
  'mdfSystemexternalUserVisibility' field to 'yes'

• Navigate to Configure Object definition page (Go to Admin Center >  Configure Object Definition) and select the object definition noted down in step 2 and Click on Make correction link (Take Action-> Make Correction)
• Click on Save Rules dropdown and select the created new rule and save the object definition

NOTE: This will only be effective for candidates who are completing the task after the configuration is added. For inflight candidates, please make a minor change in Task Object (Manage Data > Custom Task > Select the candidate > Edit > Make a minor change > Save). When the minor change is made, the onSave rule will be put to effect hence setting visibility for the inflight candidates.
