Checking Table Contents in 'Output Parameter Determination' App results with Error message VF 275 "Role SH not defined in Set Up Partner Determination for Billing Header." during billing document email role setup.

1. Open Output Parameter Determination App
2. Show Rules for: "Billing Document"
3. Determination Step: "Email Settings"
4. 'Edit' -> Insert New Row (+)
5. Fill out row using Role "SH"
6. Goto 'Check'
7. Error: "Role SH not defined in Set Up Partner Determination for Billing Header."
   Message Class = VF
   Message Type = E
   Message Number = 275

The output parameter determination rules are executed in the form of steps, from top to bottom.

For instance, in step "Output Type" the result columns are the output type and dispatch time, which can then be the input as a condition parameter for the next steps starting from determination step "Receiver".

As an example, in case the determination step "Receiver" has the roles "RE" and "RG" maintained, as a result that means that all the following steps having "Role" as a condition parameter can only get one of these values.

Any other value added there would be basically redundant, as it will never be triggered, which is the case with the role "SH".

Following this rule, "RE" can be determined correctly, therefore no error message appears for this entry.
