• As delegate, when trying to view the learning history of users on "My Team" tab, receive the below error: "Unable to load your completed activities. Check your internet connection and try reloading."
• As delegate, when trying to view the learning history of users on "My Team" tab, you're redirected to your own.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. From the delegators list, select the desired one >
2. Click "My Team" pie chart >
3. Select the desired user from the list >
4. Click "Learning History" on the "Status: Username" tile >
5. The system returns: Unable to load your completed activities. Check your internet connection and try reloading.

OR

1. Learning admin side >
2. Search and access the desired user > "Actions" tab > "Launch Proxy" >
3. From the delegators list, select the desired one >
4. Click "My Team" pie chart >
5. Select the desired user from the list >
6. Click "Learning History" on the "Status: Username" tile >
7. The system returns: Unable to load your completed activities. Check your internet connection and try reloading.

OR

1. From the delegators list, select the desired one >
2. Click "My Team" pie chart >
3. Select the desired user from the list >
4. Click "Learning History" on the "Status: Username" tile >
5. Get redirected to your own learning history.

Workaround: While acting as a delegate, in the "My Team" area, access the "Reports" section via the "Manager Links" tile and run the "Learning History" report.
