3477329 - App IDs VK11, VK12 and VK13 are not available -SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The App IDs VK11 (Create Condition), VK12 (Maintain Condition Records (Sales)) and VK13 (Display Condition) are not available in the system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

App IDs VK11, VK12 and VK13 are not valid in Public Cloud environment as they are replaced by apps Set Material Prices - Sales(VK12), Set Service Prices - Sales(VK12) and Set Tax Rates - Sales(VK12).

Resolution

  • Material prices, Service prices, and Tax rates for sales can be managed by using the Set Material Prices – Sales (VK12) app, Set Service Prices – Sales(VK12) app, and Set Tax Rates – Sales(VK12) app respectively.
  • Material and Service prices can be managed in one place with the 'Manage Prices - Sales'(F4111) app. This app can be used to maintain multiple prices at one time and display condition records for different condition types in a list.
  • Key Features:
    1. Create, display, change, and delete condition records used for material prices one by one in the Set Material Prices – Sales(VK12) app.
    2. Create, display, change, and delete condition records used for service prices one by one in the Set Service Prices – Sales(VK12) app.
    3. Create, display, change, and delete condition records used for tax rates one by one in the Set Tax Rates – Sales(VK12) app.
