Symptom

When testing the destination on "XML DAS Administration: Archive Store Management" tool, an error is raised.

"Error occurred while testing archive store NAME_OF_THE_STORE: Testing the archive store NAME_OF_THE_STORE failed: The pool size has reached the maximum of connections for destination 'http://HOST:PORT/' [ID=0]
