Getting ERROR #13038 when creating Enterprise Connect for Oracle (ECO) connection to Oracle database.
ERROR #13038 USER(sa) - /generic/useful/cm.c(6009) Failed to allocate a connection structure for a connection handle. See Connector error message for more information.
The same command works fine on the older version 16.0 SP03 of the repserver.
What is causing these issues on SP04 PL05.
