3477416 - Unknown host error when using file adapter

• When using a file adapter with passive data connection mode, the following error occurs while attempting to connect to the FTP server:  
  "Error occurred while connecting to the FTP server <FTP IP@>: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: java.net.ConnectException: error 78 - Connection timed out (Connection timed out) (local host unknown, remote port xxx to address <different IP@>)"

• Upon collecting an XPI Inspector trace with example 50, the following line is observed: 
   "with 227 Entering Passive Mode (<different IP@>)"

• The FTP target may be reachable from OS level.
