3477424 - OpenDocument URL not working for some users in SAP BusinessObjects BI

Symptom

  • OpenDoc URL not working for some users but works fine for other users despite being the same URL.
  • URL opens a blank page with the following error:
    "An error occurred: while trying to load from index 1 of an object array with length 1, loaded from a local variable at slot 7"
  • Issue is not rights related as the error still occurs when user is added to Administrators group.
  • OpenDocument shows the following error:
