3477472 - An error message in the receiving system when sending business partner data

Customer met an error 'id of the remote system is missing' when sending business partner data using SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

The sending systems & the recipient systems should match the details maintained in the communication arrangements such as SAP_COM_0008_xxx.

Let's take senderBusinessSystemID as an empty example. For example, the payload used by the customer is X5U.

Then, you’ll find the SenderBusinessSystemID is empty.
