Symptom
- When creating an import connection to SQL database according as per the SAC help, https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_ANALYTICS_CLOUD/00f68c2e08b941f081002fd3691d86a7/0d5ffbb6951b45778c1a90ffd0114f04.html?locale=en-US, the following errors occur:
- Unable to connect to data source. Check your connection details then try again"
- "The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS13, TLS12]" error from cloud agent Tomcat catalina log <Tomcat_Install_Dir>/logs/catalina.<DATE>.log.
- Unable to connect to data source. Check your connection details then try again"
