3477767 - Time Accounts Are Not Created For New Hires via Manage Pending Hire (ONB) When Time Information Is Entered During Onboarding

When hiring new employees from the Onboarding via Manage Pending Hires, where time information is populated from the Onboarding process, time accounts are not automatically created.

1. Onboard an employee and enter relevant information including the Time Information.
2. Complete the hiring process via Admin Tools -> Manage Pending Hire (without changing time information).
3. Time accounts are not created for the employee.

• Engineering team is working on the fix for the issue.
• This KBA will be updated once the fix date is confirmed.
• Until the fix, follow any of the workarounds below:

Workaround: 

• Workaround 1: Remove Time information from Manage Pending Hire UI. Complete Hiring and the update the time information from Job Info History UI.
• Workaround 2: Remove the time fields from job info history UI , save the Job Inf -> Add the Time Information again -> save.
• Workaround 3: Run Time Account Creation Calendar from Admin Tools -> Manage Time Off Calendar UI. Additionally, run the Accrual calendar as well if accruals needs to be posted.
