Symptom

404 Error "Sorry, we can't find this file." appears when opening the "Order to Cash Dashboard" or "Customer Returns Overview" app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Resolution

This is a known issue and has already been addressed by the development team. The issue is currently planned to be fixed in hotfix 2402 Patch 12. By then, the "Order to Cash Dashboard" and "Customer Returns Overview" applications will be available. Please note that SAP may decide to alter this timeframe without warning.

In the meantime, the following apps are recommended as a workaround to analyze business data. They provide the same analytical insights as the story report and offer even more measures and dimensions for analysis:

Sales Volume - Profit Margin
Sales Volume - Credit Memo
Sales Volume - Check Open Sales
Incoming Sales Orders - Flexible Analysis
Service Orders - Flexible Analysis
Customer Returns - Flexible Analysis
